For orders under $3000 the cost will depend on the weight of the items ordered, the choice of carrier, and the ship to location. We will do our best to secure the lowest shipping price for smaller orders, but for all orders under $3000 the shipping cost must be quoted individually.  Shipping on all orders over $3000 is free, if you meet the conditions below.

In order to receive free shipping, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Your order must be equal to or more than $3000 after any and all discounts or coupons.
  2. The delivery address must be 53' truck accessible. This means among other things, no dead-ends, low hanging wires, trees, or other  height limiting obstructions, and no bridges or roads with weight limitations, for example. The trailer will only park only in legal parking areas on paved public roads.
  3. By accepting these terms, you certify acceptance that this is a "Tailgate Delivery" This means that the truck driver is only responsible to bring the product to the back of the truck, the truck does not have a lift gate, and the driver does not have any equipment to lower the product to the ground.
  4. By accepting these terms, you also certify that you will have enough help on site to unload your order in a 45 min time frame.
  5. If for any of the above reasons your delivery is unable to be completed, you acknowledge that your items will be returned to the local trucking hub and re-loaded on to a smaller truck that is suitable to complete the delivery, and that there may be a significant extra charge for this service. 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without penalty. There are no cancellations allowed after 24 hours. 

Assembled cabinets are not returnable (whether RTA and assembled by you, or purchased assembled). Unassembled Cabinets in unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days after obtaining a return authorization number. Returns are subject to inspection, customer must arrange for return shipping at their expense, and there is a 25% restocking fee .Please contact us at sales@DeluxeCabinetsAndGranite.com for assistance before returning any items

While every effort is taken to ensure that your cabinets arrive without any damage, accidents do happen. We ship hundreds of orders every month, and most of those shipments are trouble free. In the rare event that there is any obvious external damage to the packaging, you must make a note of it on both your copy and the driver’s copy of the proof of delivery slip or bill of lading, and have the driver sign your copy of the form. We are unable to file any claim with the carrier without the damaged noted and signed by the driver. Take pictures of the damage and email along with a copy of the driver signed proof of delivery or bill of lading, and a description of the damage to: sales@DeluxeCabinetsAndGranite.com. All claims for damaged items must be received within seven days of delivery.

It is your responsibility to check the items received against the delivery slip provided to you by the driver. Make sure that you have received all the items listed before signing the proof of delivery. Should there be any missing items, you must indicate this on both copies of the proof of delivery and have the driver sign your copy. We are unable to file any claim with the carrier without the missing items noted and signed by the driver. To report any missing items to us, email us at sales@DeluxeCabinetsAndGranite.com include a list of any missing item(s) and attach a copy of the proof of delivery, with missing items noted and signed by the driver. All claims for missing items must be received within seven days of delivery.

Deluxe Cabinets and Granite reserves the right to refuse to honor any order. Your placement of an order as a customer does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion and fully refund an monies paid. In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all the information required by us to complete your order.

Except for card swipe / tap purchases made in person at our brick and mortar store, Deluxe Cabinets and Granite may, at our sole discretion, require you to complete and return to us a "Credit Card Authorization Form" before processing your order.
